The 3rd international symposium on career development and public policy - Shaping the future: Connecting career development and workforce development, was held in Sydney, Australia from 21-24 April.
Representatives from public policy, research and career development practitioner backgrounds participated in the conference. 17 countries provided papers on a wide range of topics, including: human capital; labour supply; employability skills; career development services for workforce development; older works and the information base for public policy making.
