Pilot employer survey on skill needs in Europe

Cedefop organised its 5th workshop on employers' skill needs surveys, where the experts discussed results of the development work achieved so far in designing the European pilot employer survey on skill needs.

The specific objective of the workshop was to get expert's feedback and input on:

• the proposed measurement concept and coverage of the pilot survey,
• the proposed outline questionnaire, including definitions of terms to be used,
• the proposed statistical methodology and survey guidelines, in particular sampling issues, the data collection method, strategies to endure high response rates and reliable data, data processing.
