The contract will support continuous learning in vocational education and training (VET) policy development within priorities and commitments of Bruges communiqué and Riga conclusions through a study that will identify the state of play for two selected key competences in initial VET in EU+ (EU Member States, Norway and Iceland), evaluate the challenges in policy implementation of the selected key competences and suggest innovative approaches for future policy implementation.
