Students follow a Business and Technology programme divided into three blocks. Each course is 12 weeks long and centred on one specific business domain. The first block is from September to December and is about game development. The second block, from January to March, tackles big data. The third runs from April to June and focuses on fin tech.
Students get personalised coaching and work on their own projects, which they showcase at the end of each block. Each week students have specific project-related assignments. Students progress in the project through weekly follow-up and personalised coaching; this helps them to reflect on the work done, the problems found and the next steps to be taken. The programme is filled with practical examples and gives the opportunity to learn software development, entrepreneurship and presentation skills.
In 2017, LTS is continuing to grow and will be opened to more students, with classes hosted in nine Luxembourgish schools.
