The EUROTRAINER study set out to provide an overview and analysis of the situation of trainers in enterprises in the 32 European countries concerning trainers tasks and responsibilities, competences, continuing professional development and status, among other aspects.
The overall objective of the study was to provide a better understanding of the issues, requirements and challenges with which the target group is confronted in their professional environment
