Public procurement and grants
Als Agentur der Europäischen Union verfügt das Cedefop über eine eigene Rechtspersönlichkeit und kann vertragliche Beziehungen mit Personen, Unternehmen und anderen Rechtssubjekten eingehen. Es unterliegt demnach den Bestimmungen der Haushaltsordnung für den Gesamthaushaltsplan der Europäischen Union, der Haushaltsordnung des Cedefop und den relevanten Beschaffungsrichtlinien für die Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge und Finanzhilfevereinbarungen. Zudem arbeitet es in Übereinstimmung mit den Grundsätzen der Transparenz, der Gleichbehandlung und Nichtdiskriminierung, des breitestmöglichen Wettbewerbs, der Verhältnismäßigkeit und der wirtschaftlichen Haushaltsführung.
