The aim of this framework contract is to deliver a dataset collected from a survey of representative samples of adult workers in each EU-27 Member State (plus Norway and Iceland, subject to budget availability). By enabling statistical/empirical analysis, the microdataset will enhance understanding by Cedefop and the wider research/policy community of the impact of digital and AI technologies on the competitiveness of EU workplaces, as affected by skills mismatches and organisational skill development practices.
