The aim of this invitation to tender is to commission a feasibility study for employers survey as a tool for identification of skill needs in Europe. Such employers survey will in the future provide Cedefop with a source of qualitative and quantitative information from profit and not-for profit organizations of different sizes from different industry and service sectors in each of the EU Member States on their skill needs.
