Provision of services by a Professional Conference Organiser

AO/CID/CF/ProfessionalConferenceOrganiser/020/12

The purpose of this call for tender is to acquire the services of a professional conference organiser to support Cedefop in the organisation of its events (conferences, seminars, workshops, other events). Services comprise inter alia the management of a participants’ database (list of participants, contact with participants), the provision of accommodation, catering and bus transfers, the preparation and printing of documents and on-site secretariat. Cedefop events may take place in Greece or in Brussels.

This call has been published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union 2012/S 213-351310 of 06/11/12.

Deadline of submitting tenders: 19/12/2012 (17h00 for hand-delivered tenders).

Requests for additional information/clarification should be received by 10/12/2012.
