Future skill needs in healthcare

Cedefop in cooperation with the European Social Dialog Committee in the Hospital sector in the European Union (EPSU and HOSPEM) organised a workshop which aim was to identify the key trends and future skill needs in the health care sector.

It looked in particular at interaction between technology, ICT and skill needs, management of health care and education and training needs in the sector.
