High level conference on healthy ageing across the lifecycle

There will be special focus on the prevention of non-communicable diseases, as well as on health promotion from early childhood, as a prerequisite and integral part of a healthy ageing process across the lifecycle, having in mind that 2012 is the European Year of Active and Healthy Ageing.
