ReferNet Partnership Forum 2023

This two days meeting were an opportunity to intensify our cooperation with ReferNet, our European network of expertise, which has already celebrated its 20th anniversary during its plenary meeting on 9-10 and 11 November 2022.

During the first day of our 2023 Partnership Forum event information was delivered by Cedefop experts on the progress of workplan and the upcoming deliverables: monitoring of qualifications in Cedefop’s OJA project and on “green” skills anticipation in Member States. Additionally, the members of the network participated in workshops with discussions dedicated on the revision of ReferNet’s Charter.

The second day of the event included the peer-learning session of the event and was dedicated to our content/thematic discussion. This day included the following two sessions:

• A thematic session on skills & digitalization
• A panel discussion on individual learning accounts (ILA)

Given that 2023 has been announced as the European Year of Skills, skills & digitalization was the main reference for this year’s PaFo as our event was linked to other events across Europe to showcase skills-related efforts and highlight the value of skills. During this session evidence from four different European countries were presented. The day concluded with a panel discussion on individual learning accounts (ILA) open to all.
