Cedefop is administered by a Governing Board comprising Member State governments, employer organisations, employee organisations and the European Commission, BusinessEurope (The Confederation of European Business), and ETUC (the European workers confederation). Norway and Iceland participate as observers.
Mr. Mr Juan Menndez-Valds is the Chairman of the Governing Board.
