A workshop on interoperable e-learning systems will be held on 6-7 April 2006 in Valkenburg aan de Geul, The Netherlands. The workshop aims to explore new developments in the field of developing and implementing interoperable e-learning systems, providing an overview of current work in the area.
The workshop will explore topics related, but not limited to, the following:
- Tools and methods for testing conformance and interoperability
- Implementing e-learning specifications and standards in practice
- Use-cases supporting interoperable e-learning
- Creation of interoperable e-learning courseware
- Application Profiling for e-learning specifications/standards
- Development of interoperable e-learning software
