ICT helpdesk services



The specifications and requirements in this document constitute a call for tenders for the provision of services related to first level support and assistance to Cedefop’s ICT users as well as the performance of a series of supporting activities to Cedefop’s ICT Service, according to herein specified requirements. Such activities are commonly known as Helpdesk or Service Desk activities.

This call has been published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union 2014/S 111-195341 of 12/06/14.

Deadline for submitting tenders: 01/08/2014 (17h00 for hand-delivered tenders).

Requests for additional information/clarification should be received by 24/07/2014.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Tender Specifications and the draft Framework contract have been amended as follows:
