Sharing the cost of training in the newer Member States

The report's findings will be the basis for discussion among conference participants policy-makers, social partners and practitioners on how training is financed today in these countries and what particular challenges they face. These include how efficient, effective and equitable the cost-sharing approaches are; whether the current crisis has affected their operation; and how these approaches can be improved.
