The project aims to enhance the quality of VET by developing a comprehensive European handbook, toolbox and online course. These resources are designed to train VET quality assessors, evaluators and inspectors. The primary objective is to equip these professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to create an inclusive environment that facilitates the integration of people with migrant origin in VET schools. 

This project investigates why students complete or drop out of Intensive Dual Vocational Education and Training programmes in Spain. By combining empirical research and participatory methods, it aims to generate evidence-based recommendations to reduce dropout rates and promote educational success and equity in vocational training. 

HUMAN invests in professional education to empower young people to use online digital technologies to understand, prevent and combat racism. It equips educators with competences and tools to support youth in combatting structural racism and to become Digital Hate Interrupter Activists. HUMAN supports multisector and intercommunity collaboration and co-creation in view of promoting Human Rights and respect for diversity. In doing so, HUMAN contributes to safe, inclusive and participatory learning environments.

A catalogue with 10 inspiring practices carried out by organisations from countries across the EU that are involved in learning mobility experiences with people with disabilities, in line with MAKE IT HAPPEN (MiH) project aims.

The UNIQUE project developed a methodology to stimulate VET Teachers/Trainers and managers to become ‘Ambassadors’ of LGBTIQ inclusion in their institutions and beyond and train them on how to effectively address incidents of discrimination against LGBTIQ VET learners, create safer classrooms and design more inclusive training materials.

Learners with special educational needs (SEN) or learning difficulties/disabilities are integrated into the labour market by building the right set of skills needed for the elderly care sector.

Co-created Education through Social Inclusion (COSI.ed) is an international project with the main objective of developing a socio-educational model for working effectively with young people at risk of social exclusion, particularly early leavers from education and training or those at risk of leaving education early.

The project intends to define a teaching paradigm for inclusive digital trainers in vocational education and training (VET), transferring to participants innovative teaching approaches, engagement strategies and user-friendly tools for the development of learner-centred inclusive digital training. Inclusive and accessible VET programmes can help people with sensory disabilities, increasing their participation in the labour market; at the same time, they can improve the skills of professional trainers and expand their job opportunities.

The work-based learning programme for dropouts is an inclusive excellence model for reducing early school leaving. This model fosters the recovery of young dropouts by promoting their integral human development. It requires: 

1. a strongly work-based-oriented learning method; 
2. coaching aiming at a supported transition to work; 
3. social-emotional learning through a tutoring service.

Based on DigComp 2.0 methodology, the STEP 3 online course consists of key components of digital competence within five areas - including: 1) information and data literacy, 2) communication and collaboration, 3) digital content creation, 4) safety, and 5) problem solving. It offers a wide range of resources that are accessible to everyone and can be used to develop digital skills. The platform is a valuable resource for both teachers and learners, offering a variety of useful e-tools and applications in the format of video instruction.

SHOW-VET aims to provide VET for all people smoothly and ecologically regardless of their residency or challenging life situation.

Schools for All project aims to strengthen the democratic and inclusive culture in schools, targeting schools with reception classes. It offers training and support to the school community (heads, teachers, parents, students) on issues related to democratic citizenship, inclusion and human rights.

A solution which fits the needs of the students for whom school was not the right fit, and which facilitates the achievement of their goals towards educational success.

The programme is focused on the design and implementation of strategies addressed to improve students’ engagement, develop social and personal competences and provide tools for academic and/or professional success.

FUORI SCUOLA is a project that aims to tackle early leaving from education and training at the local level of provinces.

Having a holistic approach aiming at the wellbeing of young early leavers, each organisation provides services in four areas:

a) development of professional skills;

b) development of personal and social skills;

c) development of key competences;

d) reaching out, engagement, reception, listening and guidance.

Erasmus+ project “Early School Workers” was designed and carried out to provide VET teachers and schools with guidelines and tools to support learners from becoming early school leavers and increase the employability of youngsters while fostering their active role in the society.
