Commission Decision of 20 April 2009 setting up the EACEA Agency for the management of Community programmes

The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency has been established for the management of Community action in the fields of education, audiovisual and culture,

The Agency shall be located in Brussels and its duration is established for the period beginning on 1 January 2005 and ending on 31 December 2015.
