The Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) in Ireland, with the support of the Department of Education and Science and the European Commission, is hosting a one day Conference in Dublin on 3 October 2005, entitled: Quality Assurance in VET: Building Sustainable European Co-operation.
The Conference will discuss critical issues regarding Quality Assurance in VET with specific focus on the Common Quality Assurance Framework (CQAF) and promoting best practice. The European Network on Quality Assurance in VET will be launched at the Conference. An outline mandate for the network will be discussed and the first exchange of views towards a work programme will take place.
