The specifications and requirements in this document constitute a call for tenders for the provision of services related to first level support and assistance to Cedefop’s ICT users as well as the performance of a series of supporting activities to Cedefop’s IT Department, according to herein specified requirements. Such activities are commonly known as Helpdesk or Service Desk activities. 

 

This call has been published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Communities 2010/S 127-193621 of 03/07/10.

Deadline of submitting tenders: 13/08/2010 (17h00 for hand-delivered tenders).
