    Sindbad is a 12-month mentoring programme that builds strong relationships between young people from different backgrounds, strengthening mentors’ leadership skills, and offering structured, reflective support to mentees. It focuses on the critical transition from lower secondary education to apprenticeships or further schooling and intervenes at an early stage to prevent dropouts and subsequent unemployment.

    A platform that includes all available learning opportunities within Lisbon, providing participants with access to a comprehensive range of educational experiences. Each opportunity is linked to corresponding microcredentials, which are awarded upon completion.
