    The exit examination from upper-secondary school represents an essential part of the educational trajectory, but failure can complicate the transition to the labour market or higher education. This study explores how students who repeatedly fail the Czech upper-secondary leaving examination reflect on their failure and approach future attempts.

It provides tailored tools and services to streamline the evaluation process, ensuring measurable results. Additionally, it fosters a transnational research network, strengthening the capacity of organisations engaged in or interested in impact studies.

    Back on Track aims to (re)integrate young NEETs (not in employment, education, or training) in rural areas into general and vocational education as well as the labour market. The goal is to improve their basic skills and resilience, while strengthening their digital competences, to enable sustainable employment and personal development.
