The aim of this paper is to review the current literature relating to social cost-benefit analysis (SCBA) with a view to developing a methodology for the assessment of youth employment policies and, more specifically, the Youth Guarantee (YG).
The guide offers a comprehensive and accessible introduction to the topics of results measurement and impact assessment, their practical application in the youth employment field and how evidence created via results measurement strategies can lead to improved programming.
This Cedefop study aims at better understanding how guidance supports entrepreneurship learning and contributes to the development of entrepreneurs’ career management skills.
Achieving more effective transitions between education and work
This report examines the quality of the curriculum offer and careers guidance in place at key transition points from education into work, and looks at how it might be improved.
This research engaged with 315 young people (16-24) from across West Yorkshire to enable them to share their experience of Not being in Employment, Education or Training (NEET).
Low qualifications, disengagement from education and training and long-term unemployment are interconnected phenomena and tend to cumulate throughout a person’s life.
A contribution of the Network of Public Employment Services
