A report commissioned by the European Commission on Structural Indicators for Inclusive Systems in and around Schools was launched by Minister Katherine Zappone, Irish Minister for Children and Youth Affairs and Petra Goran, European Commission Directorate General for Education and Culture.

Dr. Irene Psifidou, Cedefop expert, was invited as key note speaker to present the new Structural Indicators Reflection Tool for Preventing Early Leaving from Vocational Education and Training developed within Cedefop toolkit for tackling early leaving on the basis of structural indicators.

The reflection tool proposes 41 structural indicators about key strategies to tackle early leaving from VET. It aims to promote reflection about the current strategies in a country, region or municipality to tackle early leaving from VET, and evidence-based tips on how to improve them. It can be used to stimulate discussions between different levels of decision making. See how to use the reflection tool in our section on FAQ >
