The specifications and requirements in this document constitute a call for tenders for the provision of services related to first level support and assistance to Cedefop’s and ENISA’s ICT users as well as the performance of a series of supporting activities to Cedefop’s ICT Service. Such activities are commonly known as Helpdesk or Service Desk activities.

Cedefop acts on its own behalf (for Lot 1) and on behalf of ENISA (for Lot 2).

This call has been published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union 2023/S 060-174959 of 24/03/2023.

Requests for additional information/clarification should be received by 19/04/2023, 23h59 (UTC+03:00 Greek local time).  All questions and answers will be available in the above mentioned website.

Tenders will be opened in a virtual opening session on the date and time indicated under Section IV.2.7 of the contract notice and point 3.2 of the invitation to tender.
