Description

Skills mismatch is another significant factor that might lead young people to inactivity and social exclusion and regards those people with qualifications and/or previous work experience in a very specific subject or domain. This share of youth may face difficulties to match their skills in the labour market and possibly wait for a specific job opportunity.

Based on this methodology, the YOUTHShare employment Centre and its staff aims through a person-centred and empower-focused approach at matching effectively the jobseeker with a potential employer.
