These guides support the European Commission’s Basic Skills Action Plan, and aim to boost teaching and learning, support educators and enable supportive environments.
According to the guide for teaching science, science, technology, engineering, and mathematic (STEM) competencies are essential for lifelong learning, and foster inquiry-based learning and real-world problem-solving skills.
