Why Join?
As an Ambassador, you will be part of a vibrant European community dedicated to reducing early leaving from VET and supporting young people not in education, employment, or training (NEETs).
You will have the opportunity to:
• Expand your professional network – collaborate and exchange with peers across Europe through webinars and high-level events organised by Cedefop.
• Showcase your achievements – share your projects, initiatives, and policy results via Cedefop’s VET Toolkits for Tackling Early Leaving and Empowering NEETs.
• Learn and grow – discover effective practices from other countries and participate in peer-learning activities that foster innovation and inclusion in VET.

What You’ll Do
Ambassadors contribute to the network by:
• Suggesting good practices, tools, and innovative ideas.
• Sharing news, events, and publications relevant to early leaving and inclusion.
• Promoting the VET Toolkits within their networks and professional communities.
Your engagement will strengthen Europe’s collective effort to make VET more inclusive, effective, and future-ready.

Who Can Apply
Professionals from EU Member States, Iceland, or Norway working in the fields of VET, education, employment, or youth inclusion are welcome to apply.
There are no restrictions on the number of Ambassadors per country, region, or institution, and no minimum experience requirements.
Please note:
• Ambassadors do not represent Cedefop, their country, or institution.
• The role is voluntary and unpaid, but rich in opportunities to connect, learn, and make an impact.
• All applications are subject to Cedefop’s approval, based on the relevance of the applicant’s profile.
