To devise the right policies in areas affecting the social life of all European citizens, we need to broaden citizen participation in policy design. How to achieve this in school-to-work transitions is the focus of a peer-learning activity to be held in Thessaloniki on 19-20 November 2007.

The event will explore ways of collecting evidence, from a greater range of sources, of what young adults experience as they are guided through their transition from education to the labour market. Participants will explore ways of improving the collection and analysis of data on which EU and Member State guidance policy is based that is, of finding how to make use of young adults experience in order to improve guidance policy and practice at every level.
