Marco Serafini joined Cedefop in December 2009. A graduate in statistics, he holds a Master's degree in Sources, Tools and Methods for Social research from the University of Rome.
He has previously worked for ISRI, an Italian consulting firm, where his main interest was the analysis of specific occupational areas and related learning and training needs. His previous research activities have centred on supporting public administrations in planning, monitoring and evaluating their socio-economic policies. At Cedefop he will be working as an expert in statistics and indicators.
