ILO: Social cost-benefit analysis of Youth Guarantees: Learning modules

This package – available in English - provides a hand-on approach to measure the social cost and benefits of youth employment interventions. It aims to increase understanding of how this type of analysis works, the results it generates, and the use that programme managers and policy-makers may make of the findings to improve welfare gains for individuals and society. Each learning module contains sample PowerPoint Presentations; and hand-outs with additional learning and other resources.
