Description

This report presents a comprehensive analysis of 103 digital educational tools used across five European countries, evaluating how their features impact student and teacher well-being, while examining the relationship between digital well-being and technostress in technology-rich learning environments. The analysis assesses these tools against established frameworks like DigCompEdu, thus seeing how they align with EU-wide policy and where gaps remain between policy and practice.

The report is accompanied by an Annex listing the digital educational tools evaluated across the five countries studied.
