"The aim is to meet the demands of companies that need specific professionals to be skills to be introduced into the world of work, intervening promptly to identify personnel who need to fill training gaps or diversify or increase basic skills through participation, through training vouchers, in targeted and customised training in order to facilitate the matching of labour supply and demand "Decree n.19799, 2 Dec 2019"

The company turns to the Center for Employment expressing the need to find trained workers to be able to hire with an open-ended or fixed-term contract, including apprenticeships. The employment centre, after carrying out a pre-selection process, matches supply and demand on the basis of the company's requirements and identifies potential candidates for selection, which are presented to the company concerned, which eventually selects them after an interview. The CPI supports the selected candidate in the identification of the type of training course that he/she will have to attend in order to acquire the necessary skills to respond to the requests of the requesting company. The beneficiary of the voucher, after having signed the "training project" with the employment centre and having submitted the application, contacts the training institution(s), delivering a copy of the signed Service Agreement, and formalizes the enrolment to the training course. Voucher applications are evaluated solely for eligibility purposes according to the order in which they are submitted, as attested by the incoming protocol number. The applications are financed according to the order of protocol of presentation of the same and until exhaustion of resources.Structural funds are agreed by the State with the European Union. At national level, the National Operational Plan defines the use of funds; at the regional level, consequently, Regional Operational Plans are provided. The State allocates agreed funds on the regions/provinces which implement the planned activities and report to the State.

"Citizen(s):- Unemployed, unemployable, inactive.- Resident or domiciled in a municipality of the Region of Tuscany; - Over 18 years of age. The selection is carried out exclusively by the employment center of reference."

There is no preferential treatment.

"Targeted and customized training courses to facilitate the matching of job supply and demand. Specialised training initiatives (particularly aimed at the green economy, blue economy, personal services, social and health services, enhancement of cultural heritage and cultural activities) and entrepreneurship. Training courses related to the issuance of qualifications included in the national or regional repertories. The choice of the training course and the training provider is made exclusively by the Just-In-Time Training List. Training eligible are: a) courses aimed at the release of professional qualification regarding Professional Profiles or Professional Figures belonging to the Regional Repertoires;b) courses aimed at the certification of skills related to one or more areas of activity (AdA) of the Regional Directory of Professional Figures;c) courses required by law (with the exception of courses on safety and first aid);d) Paths that allow the acquisition of technical and professional skills related exclusively to the provisions of the State-Regions Agreement of 22.02.2012;e) driving licenses of category higher than B and professional qualifications issued by driving schools with the appropriate Ministerial authorization"
