This Cedefop working paper provides fresh insights into the effectiveness of VET in addressing the complex challenges faced by NEETs and their teachers. This study has the potential to inform and transform the way NEETs and their teachers are approached within the context of youth education and employment. The goal of this research is to contribute to effective practices and evidence-based policymaking.
