The Overview tables present at a glance all countries’ performance in all key mobility areas. Performance is understood in terms of how well the requirements of the “Youth on the move” Recommendation are met. Four tables are available:
- Overview Table 1A
- Countries by level of overall average performance (average performance calculated based on the thematic indicators only, i.e. indicators 1 to 10)
- Overview Table 1B
- Countries by level of overall average performance (average performance calculated based on all of indicators from 1 to 14)
- Overview Table 2
- Countries' performance detailed by indicators
- Overview Table 3
- Countries' performance detailed by indicators and criteria
The difference between these tables lies in how detailed information on the areas of performance is. Performance is detailed by indicator and criterion in Table 3; by indicator only in Table 2; and is presented as a whole with no distinction between mobility areas in Tables 1A and 1B.
The standard traffic light type colour code is used for interpreting performance in indicators and on overall average (however, in Overview Table 3, interpretation of performance in criteria depends on the criterion: see Interpretation note).
