Description
This assessment report provides a comprehensive overview of the European public employment services (PES) landscape. The report highlights trends in PES service delivery, strategic orientation as well as good practice examples from different EU Member States. Important angles which the report explores range from skills assessment to managing the twin transition to the use of EU funds. It equally highlights measures undertaken at Member State level which fall under the Youth Guarantee framework, with a considerable amount of these efforts targeting young people not in employment, education or training (NEETs).
