Following the 2024 Council Recommendation ‘Europe on the Move’, Cedefop is currently developing a revamped IVET Mobility Scoreboard based on a new methodology and data collection exercise. The information presented on this page relates to the previous Mobility Scoreboard framework and the implementation of the 2011 Council recommendation 'Youth on the move' and is retained for historical reference. 
The mobility scoreboard for IVET is a tool for assisting policy-making in the broad area of international learning mobility in IVET.

It is intended for:

• policy-makers (both at national and EU levels);
• 'mobility users', i.e. IVET learners’ organisations and mobility organisers (VET institutions, mobility agencies, companies involved in mobility, guidance institutions, staff involved in organising mobility activities);
• experts, researchers, and the wider public.
