Employers can apply for this grant supporting the training of employees delivered in order to increase the employability of its current employees. The amount of funding is calculated as a percentage of eligible costs and is directly transferred to the employer as cost reimbursement. The share of co-funding is 50-70% of eligible costs. Up to 60% of direct costs can be covered for medium-sized enterprises and up to 70% for small enterprises. The maximum amount of funding is EUR 2 000 000 per project. Eligible costs include direct costs related to the training provision: tuition fees, costs for training materials, and travel costs.

- Employers are applying to the Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family (COLSAF). Regional employment boards, organised by COLSAF, decide about supporting particular applications from the region. Regional employment boards involve local stakeholders (including social partners). Resources are allocated from the COLSAF central office to its regional offices.

- Preferential treatment is applied to SMEs and companies employing persons with health disabilities or persons considered disadvantaged on the labour market. Micro and small companies can receive the support of up to 70% of the declared training costs; medium companies can receive up to 60% of the declared training costs. The share of costs covered by companies employing disabled or disadvantaged persons can be 10 percentage points higher, but not higher than 70%.

There is no limitation to re-use the grant.
