Description
This study explores the challenges faced by young people not in employment, education, or training (NEETs) in rural areas of Bulgaria, Romania, and Turkey. It examines the relationship between digital skills, digital inclusion, and virtual mobility, and how these factors impact the lives of rural NEETs. The findings highlight the importance of digital inclusion in reducing unemployment and promoting virtual mobility among rural youth. The study also notes that digital inclusion alone is not enough for NEETs to succeed, and that other factors such as education and job opportunities are also crucial in addressing the challenges faced by rural NEETs.
