Qualifications Recognition Adviser at Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) since 2007. Works as a credential evaluator in the Irish ENIC-NARIC and also co-ordinated the work of the National Europass Centre (NEC) from 2009 – 2012. Acts as a first point of contact for queries on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ), qualifications recognition, and international education systems. William is actively involved in projects and engagement with stakeholders to create awareness and achieve full implementation of the NFQ. William has completed Bachelor degrees in Government and Law, and recently completed a Masters in Education at Trinity College Dublin.
