Philippe is the manager of the Europass website. He is the author of several glossaries on the terminology of European education and training policy.
He is also involved in related projects, such as ESCO.
After a Degree in applied foreign languages and a Master in Specialised Translation and terminology, Philippe started his career as a translator in EU institutions.
He joined Cedefop in 1998 and has been closely involved in the design and implementation of the Europass portfolio.
