Jean Philippe RESTOUEIX has 51 years old. Since 2007, he works in the Higher education department of the Directorate of Democratic citizenship and participation. He follows mostly the qualification recognition issue, especially the Lisbon Recognition Convention, the network of national recognition centres (ENIC-NARIC), the development of qualification frameworks. He represents the Council of Europe within the Advisory group of the European Qualifications Framework Lifelong learning/EQF LLL” From 1994 to 2007, he worked in the youth field following more especially the development of youth policies in Central and eastern Europe included in post conflicts area. Before his work in the Council of Europe, he was involved in youth work from the NGO side. |
