Erwin Seyfried owns a diploma in psychology and an academic degree as Dr. phil. of Freie Universität Berlin, where he lead the department of rehabilitation research before in 1993 he became a full professor of Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Development at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin / Berlin School of Economics and Law. He drafted various concepts and assessments for the implementation of European policies and programmes in vocational training and education and worked as scientific expert to support CEDEFOP and the European Commission in quality and quality assurance in VET. He undertook numerous empirical research and evaluation studies into education and labour market issues at European, national and regional level. |
