Dmitrijs Kuļšs is an expert in the area of Research and Policy Analysis at Cedefop. He has an extensive working experience in a public service in the field of education. In his previous position as a deputy state secretary of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia he was consequently responsible for implementation of a lifelong learning, higher education and research policy. Dmitrijs holds a master’s degree in economics and has an academic interest in education research. He has been a member of the European Lifelong Guidance Policy Network. |
