Access to lifelong guidance involves:

  • the use of digital tools and user-friendly, open-access services to enable career guidance for all, especially those who do not have full access to these services or who need support to take advantage of learning and career pathways;
  • the entitlements to services within and outside of education, training and employment settings and structures.
