Within the framework of the regional strategy Industry 4.0, financed within Regional Operation Plan ESF 2014-2020, Axis A "Employment", this intervention supports the acquisition and updating of the skills of entrepreneurs, managers, freelancers, necessary to promote an economic growth that protects quality and quantity of employment and is detached from environmental degradation. This intervention is part of Giovanisì, the Tuscany Region's project for the autonomy of young people.

- Within the framwork of Regional Operational Plan ESF - Axis A "Employement, region Tuscany issues public calls to provide individual vouchers for professionals. Individuals apply following the procedure available on the website of the region. If accepted, the voucher will be financed only after the final certificate has been obtained.

- "Training voucher recipients are individuals in any of the following roles:- entrepreneurs and their assistants,- single administrators of companies,- members of boards of directors with management duties, tThe reference companies, private or otherwise predominantly private capital, small/medium and large, and the cooperatives must have operating units in the territory of the Region of Tuscany. The recipients of the voucher must also have the following additional requirements- resident in a municipality of Tuscany- Italian citizenship or citizenship of countries that are part of the European Union.be also in possession of a regular residence permit that allows working activity- be over 18 years of age and not over 65 years of age."

- "Participation in a training course on the innovations needed to compete in the digital economy (digital skills and new technologies) are a priorty. Training courses should have the following aims only :- acquire knowledge useful for developing investments in innovation, digitisation of production processes, circular economy of production processes, circular economy, fair and sustainable development, green economy and cybersecurity;- exploit the potential of new technologies and promote the development of less energy-intensive and less polluting production systems;- tackle technological, organisational and management innovation that make it possible to seize the opportunities for corporate and professional professional growth;- adopt, in parallel with the technological innovation processes supported, new models of work organisation and human resources management - such as agile work - as tools capable of accompanying, encouraging and increasing innovation processes and, at the same time, the participation and well-being of workers. The following types of training courses are eligible:1) Professional training and continuing education courses also in e-learning mode provided by :a. Training agencies accredited by the Region of Tuscany in conformity with the regional regulationa. Training agencies accredited by the Region of Tuscany in conformity with the regional regulations on accreditation as per DGR 1407/16 as amended by DGR n. 130/2020 ;b. Training agencies recognized or accredited by the regions to which they belong, in the case of courses carried out outside theoutside the Region of Tuscany (only in cases expressly justified and proving that the same coursenot be held in the territory of the Region of Tuscany) 2) I and II level Master's degrees in Italy and abroad, also in e-learning mode, provided bya. Italian Universities and Schools of Higher Education in possession of the recognition of the MIUR that enables them to issuing the title of Master;b. Public University of the foreign state or recognized by the competent authority of the foreign state,School/Higher Education Institute of a foreign State, public or recognized by the competent authority of the foreign State and authorized by the latter to issue the master's degree. Mandatory training courses on health and safety in the workplace are not eligible;Expenses for participation in seminars and conferences are not eligible"

- The maximum amount recognizable for each voucher is EUR 2 500 for entrepreneurs.The cost of the training course for which the voucher is requested must be at least EUR 200 excluding VAT. Vouchers will not be granted for training courses of lower cost. In the case of recipients belonging to the same company/cooperative will therefore not be recognized vouchers for a total value exceeding € 25,000 per company, for the duration of this notice
