All members of the Chamber of Labour of Lower Austria can apply for the grant with special treatment for unemployed persons and parents. The eligible activities include training in priority sectors (e.g. health sector), the procedures for recognition of foreign diplomas, the "Berufsreifeprüfung" and the apprenticeship or the preparatory courses for the university of applied science/colleges. The Chamber's co-funding share is 50% of the eligible costs, up to a maximum amount of EUR 220 per year. The unemployed persons and persons on parental leave receive higher co-funding share/maximum amount. There is no limitation to re-use the grant.

- The following priorities were set: - Health: The Chamber of Labour will support and attend an education in the field of home help or nursing assistance. - Recognition: Another focus is the funding of recognition procedures for foreign diplomas. The Chamber grants those members financial support, who aim to recognize their qualifications acquired abroad. - "Berufsreifeprüfung": Positive partial exams are funded with EUR 120 per module completed. - Extraordinary apprenticeship. - Preparation courses for university of applied science / colleges / advanced training: Under this priority preparatory courses to attend a technical college, a college or a training course structure is encouraged. Others: Language courses.

- Financing formula and allocation mechanisms
- Voucher: the education bonus is open to all members of the Chamber of Labour of Lower Austria. The Chamber's co-funding share is 50% of eligible costs up to the amount of max. 120 per calendar year. The co-financing share/maximum amount is increased for members who receive childcare allowance or benefits from the PES (unemployment benefit or unemployment assistance). The unemployed can receive 100% funding.
