Arnold Jonk has been Director of the Knowledge & Information Policy Department at the Dutch Ministry of Education, Science and Culture since 2007.
Previously, he held posts as a member of the board of the Dutch Export promotion Agency and as Head of Knowledge and Innovation Department at the Het Expertise Centrum Consultancy. He also worked as a System Analyst at Fokker Aircraft BV.
He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Leiden.
