Milena Stoycheva is CEO of Junior Achievement Bulgaria and an executive with extensive national and international experience in the area of education and training, entrepreneurship development, business skills and economic and financial literacy. She is also the chair of JA-YE Europe Board of Executives and Chair of JA Worldwide Member Council and in this capacity advises on strategic and leadership matters the management of the organization.  In her previous professional experience she has been also the Dean of Students at the American University in Bulgaria and Educational Adviser at the Fulbright Commission, Sofia.
She is a recipient of the Ford Motor Company Fellowship for Community Leaders at Columbia University, New York, 2001, Individual Platinum Award, JA Worldwide and Metlife Entrepreneurial Award, July 2007, Best Practice Award for Innovation, JA-YE Europe, May 2007, and Model Organization Award from JA-YE Europe for 2007 and 2008.
