Göran Hultin Print E-mail
HultinGöran Hultin is Chairman and CEO, Caden Corporation S.A. since 2004. He has extensive international experience in labour markets and employment. He specializes in labour issues, industrial relations and human resources.
During ten years he worked in the ILO in various positions among others as Assistant Director General and Executive Director of the Employment Sector from 1999 to 2004. He was globally responsible for developing employment strategies and the implementation of programmes for job creation, enterprise development, human skills development and reconstruction.
He was Director of the Confederation of Finnish Industry and Employers from1990 to 1994 and managed their international affairs vis-à-vis the European Commission and the OECD, and with the ILO on behalf of all Nordic employers’ confederations. He has also held several senior positions in business international responsibilities in Europe and in the Far East.
His education includes a M.Sc. University of Abo Akademi, Finland, International Executive Programme INSEAD, and Advanced Management, Marketing Programme Strathclyde University Scotland. Currently he is Governmental Affairs advisor to Manpower Inc. advisor to labour authorities in China and Vietnam, member of The Future Work Forum, chair of the European Policy Centre’s Task Force on Labour Migration, and member of the European Commission’s Expert Group on New Skills for New Jobs.
